School improvement has been described as an organised and sustained effort aimed at changing learning conditions in a school. The process describes the performance of a system and achievements that characterise the work of the school and students. This workshop will focus on developing a school improvement plan and its implementation.

Objectives:
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• explore the purpose of evaluating the various aspects of a school
• identify the key areas to be evaluated in a school 
• learn about the models of school evaluation 

Workshop Leader: Ms. Rubina Naqvi has B.Sc / B.Ed degrees from Karachi University. She is an accredited trainer and holds a Diploma in Professional Studies from the University of Bradford, UK. She brings with her 43 years of experience in the field of education which includes teaching, training teachers, and school management. Currently, she is a member of the Training and Development Team at TRC and is working in the capacity of Senior Manager, Membership Network for the last 19 years.
