STEM is an interdisciplinary form of education that encourages the teaching of different curriculum concepts unconfined from subjects and textbook restraints. It stimulates critical thinking and learning readiness so that learners can identify connections between the curriculum content and the world around them. It is a way of channelizing the natural curiosity of children to make them observe, investigate, explore, interpret, conclude and create while they undertake STEM tasks, which leads to the attainment of various skillsets. During this interactive workshop, participants will explore and learn how to employ the STEM way of teaching in their classroom practices for providing effective learning experiences to their learners.
