Thanks to the COVID pandemic, virtual mode of teaching and learning was fostered in our system of education. Therefore, it is crucial to get equipped with essential prerequisites and skills for a stronger knowledge of learning tools available online, that can ensure effective, interesting and innovative virtual learning experiences. This workshop will highlight instructional strategies, best practices, suggestions, various learning avenues available online, and activities that teachers can incorporate in their practice to engage students in their virtual lessons. Teachers can also create their own space to offer out of the class assistance to their students for extensive and self-directed learning.

Workshop Leader:

Ms. Sonia Iqbal has 13 years of experience in working with developing skills in students at all levels of achievement in public and private sector schools.  Along with teaching English and Science, she has also worked in the capacity of an assistant editor and as a freelance content writer for distinctive magazines and newspapers. Currently she is working as a member of the Training and Development team at TRC.
