Team building is the process of strengthening group dynamics within a team through activities and exercises that enhance collaboration, communication, and trust among its members. Effective team building results in a more cohesive and productive team, ultimately contributing to an organisation’s success by maximising the collective potential of its employees. This workshop will emphasise the significance of teamwork and the value of embracing diversity. It will highlight the idea that individuals can be unique while still coming together to achieve a shared objective.

Workshop Leader: Ms. Madeeha Batool is a Business Administration graduate with a CACHE Level 3 qualification in ECED from Dubai and a Level 4 Diploma in Early Childhood Education from TQUK. She has an experience of 5 years as an ECE practitioner in Dubai and London and is currently employed as a pre-school facilitator and a mentor at a prestigious school in Pakistan. She is also an internationally certified Hatha and Yin yoga and meditation teacher and has recently completed the Master Trainer certification in the same.
