Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • explore the criteria for creative writing
  • identify the basic rules for descriptive writing
  • look at ways in which objects and descriptions can create moods
  • create a narrative framework of a story

Workshop Leader

Ms. Shazaf Haider holds a Masters degree in English Literature from Karachi University and brings with her four years of teaching experience at O & A level. In addition to this she is the author of a published novel and short stories. Much of her writing has been published in the Dawn newspaper. She is currently teaching A level English at The Lyceum School.
