This workshop will address the importance of parents as stakeholders and teammates, and how best to communicate with them. Issues in dealing with parents at different levels of schooling from both teachers and administrators perspectives will be discussed and solutions identified through collaborative learning techniques.

Workshop Leader

Mrs. Nancy J. Lobo brings with her 30 years of experience in the field of education which includes 17 years at various middle management positions. She has worked as Assistant Headmistress in Karachi Grammar School as well as the M. Ed. Coordinator and later Deputy Director at Notre Dame Institute of Education (NDIE). She has also taught Educational Leadership and Management to students enrolled in the Master of Education programme at NDIE. It is her interest and experience in school administration that motivates her to conduct workshops for school principals and middle managers.
