Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the concept of Rational Emotive Behaviour
  • become aware of the Addictive Behaviour Cycle
  • explore the connection between human needs and belief systems
  • highlight common problems that arise from faulty beliefs
  • identify one’s own core beliefs and learn techniques to change thinking patterns

Workshop Leader

Mr. Naveed S. Bari possesses a Ph. D degree in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, U.S.A. He brings with him extensive experience in both teaching and training from the USA as well as Pakistan. He has several publications to his credit and holds a certificate in Cognitive Intervention Therapy from the USA. At present he is teaching at Lyceum and Lecole.
