Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • explore the importance of self esteem and its impact on one’s personality
  • reflect on their own current level of self esteem
  • become aware of the role of positive communication and feedback in enhancing their own and other’s self esteem
  • plan tools to use in the classroom for enhancing the self esteem of the students.

Ms. Uzma Ahmad Khan is Human Resource and Training professional with 15 years of experience. She is a licensed qualified instructor for the ‘Resilient Educator Programme’ for the Institute of HearMath, California, USA’ and has been conducting training for personal growth in the eduction sector.
