Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the concept of mentoring
  • identify the different models of mentoring in schools
  • become aware of the role of a mentor
  • highlight skills required for effective mentoring
  • learn ways to conduct classroom observations and feedback sessions.

Ms. Rubina Naqvi is a member of the Training and Development Team and is working in the capacity of Senior Manager, Membership Network at TRC. She has been conducting workshops at TRC since the last 8 years and has received training in teacher development in affiliation with University of Bradford, UK.
