Language plays an important part in learning and communication. Teachers need to explore ways in which they can promote the use of language in contexts that have potential interest for young children. This workshop will examine the nature of interaction between teacher and the child and analyse the skills and materials that teachers need to extend the children’s skills of communication.

![]() | Workshop Leader Ms. Arwa Khuzaima has taken her basic education from East Africa. She has specialized at Early Childhood Education from The Kindergarten Headmistress Association in England. She has over 26 years of experience in teaching ECE and ESL classes both here and abroad at MSB Educational Institute. She is a senior associate trainer at the Teachers Development Centre and has trained teachers on the British Council interface on their Connecting Classrooms project. She is on the Oxford University Press panel of trainers and has helped teachers adapt to ECE series and ESL Series of Books on that platform. She is an associate trainer with many leading training institutes and has trained over 5000 teachers both nationally and internationally. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Educational Leadership from PAF KIETS University. |
