Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the importance of setting goals in personal and professional life
  • learn to set SMART goals and measure their progress
  • explore the use of one’s resources to achieve personal goals
  • identify problem-solving techniques and ways to avoid pitfalls in reaching their goals.

Workshop Leader

Mr. Naveed S. Bari possesses a Ph. D degree in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, U.S.A. He brings with him extensive experience in both teaching and training from the USA as well as Pakistan. He has several publications to his credit and holds a certificate in Cognitive Intervention Therapy from the USA. At present he is teaching at Lyceum and Lecole.
