The role of a School Coordinator is vital in motivating staff to unlock their potential and become self – managing professionals at all levels. This workshop will give coordinators an overview of this role that will be both reflective and practical. It will focus on the qualities and skills required to perform their responsibilities effectively.

  • become aware of their own strengths and areas for development as a middle manager
  • highlight skills and qualities required for effective management of schools
  • consider the elements of giving effective feedback

Workshop Leader

Ms. Rubina Naqvi has B.Sc / B.Ed degrees from Karachi University. She is an accredited trainer and holds a Diploma in Professional Studies from University of Bradford, UK. She brings with her 34 years of experience in the field of education which includes teaching, training of teachers, and school management. Currently she is a member of the Training and Development Team at TRC and is working in the capacity of Senior Manager, Membership Network since the last 11 years.
