Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the concept of a healthy environment
  • examine the role of a teacher in promoting knowledge, skills and attitude about health
  • identify content areas for teaching health in schools using child-to-child approach
  • develop health action plan for their school

Ms. Asifa Sohail holds an M.Ed. degree from AKU – IED. She has a teaching experience of 9 years, with different age-groups. She received training in Health Education and has presented papers on Health Promotion in Schools at various conferences
