Dates: 15th & 16th April 2016 | Time: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our education system places great emphasis on academic courses, but it often overlooks the importance of nurturing children’s artistic abilities. While art is considered to enhance creativity and imagination, it is unacknowledged for its ability to encourage critical thinking and learning in children, a crucial skill for a student’s intellectual and social development. In this workshop, participants will understand the importance of art in the education system, and the methods of applying it in such a way that it allows critical thinking, encourages discussion, and promotes a free thought process amongst young students.
