Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand that Math is part of one’s daily life
  • become aware of the role of language in grasping mathematical concepts
  • identify ways to teach basic math operations
  • explore ideas for planning math lessons

Workshop Leader

Ms. Shaheen Mehboob Ali holds an MSc. degree in Child development and Education from University of Oxford and has completed a course on Early Childhood Education from TRC-Institute of Early Childhood Education as well. She brings with her experience in both teaching as well as school administration. She is currently working at TRC as part of the Training and Development Team.
