Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the importance of reading in daily life
  • explore the various kinds of texts
  • become aware of the 4 skills of reading and their application in different contexts
  • identify activities that would enhance the reading as well as listening and comprehension skills

Workshop Leader

Ms. Shahnaz Shueb holds a B.A. (Honors) degree in Psychology and Sociology from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai. She brings with her 12 years of experience in teaching English Language and Literature as well as in management in renowned schools of Karachi. She has been conducting training workshops as well as providing support to teachers towards their professional development.
