Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the basic rules of Cursive Writing
  • become aware of the preparation of its basic elements
  • identify the formation of Capital and Small Alphabets
  • learn the correct way to join alphabets from a to z
  • discover ways to guide students to make the transition from four line to single line concept of writing English script

Workshop Leader

Mr. Jamal Muhsin is an accomplished Calligrapher, with several Quranic exhibitions to his credit at different Cultural Centres in Pakistan. In addition to this, he is President of the Society of Calligraphy Instructors of Pakistan and an Instructor at Art Point School of Calligraphy and Fine Arts. He has been conducting workshops on handwriting at TRC since the last 3 years.
