The focus of this session is to make the participants assess their level of stress and reflect on all the hassles and concerns that they face in life. They will be guided with the help of practical demonstration as to how they can tackle these factors, and reduce their stress.

Workshop Leader
Mr. Farooq Parekh has acquired education from University of Karachi and University of Amsterdam in Netherlands. He is a certified counsellor and psychotherapist from   CPCAB, UK and brings with him an extensive experience of teaching and training that extends to a wide variety of audience over two decades. He has trained and guided teachers, parents, youth, and members of the corporate sector as well as some national and multinational organisations. He has also been engaged in teaching A’ level Sociology and Psychology at prestigious schools and colleges in Karachi.
