Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • identify own feelings and sources of negative thoughts
  • learn how to regulate negative thoughts that cause anger and resentment
  • become aware of ways to handle difficult situations and people wisely and maturely
  • explore strategies to communicate feelings in a constructive way
  • feel confident, empowered and in full control of self

Workshop Leader

Munira Ahmed holds a BE degree from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore. In addition to that, she has also received specialised training as a Life Coach and Family Mediator from various institutes in Ontario, Canada as well as in Pakistan. She brings with her vast experience in conducting workshops on life coaching and is currently providing on-line counselling for women as well.
