Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the nature and process of change
  • gain an insight into how people react to change
  • develop strategies to overcome resistance to change
  • apply Situational Leadership in bringing about change

Workshop Leader

Mrs. Nancy J. Lobo brings with her 28 years of experience in the field of education which include 17 years at various middle management positions. She has worked as Assistant Headmistress in Karachi Grammar School as well as the M. Ed. Coordinator and later Deputy Director at Notre Dame Institute of Education (NDIE). She has also taught Educational Leadership and Management to students enrolled in the Master of Education programme at NDIE. It is her interest and experience in school administration that motivates her to conduct workshops for school principals and middle managers.
