Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the importance of using displays to support learning
  • explore the possibilities that exist for creating effective displays
  • learn to use Borders and Colour Schemes to enhance visual effect
  • apply Placement and Design Principles to create balanced compositions
  • become aware of tips for using waste material to make inexpensive display boards

Workshop Leader

Ms. Zheela Ali Khan has graduated in Fine Arts from NCA under the tutelage of internationally renowned artists of Pakistan. She is a professional artist and has participated in exhibitions during her stay abroad. At present, she is teaching Art at Haque Academy since the last 5 years and has been conducting workshops at TRC for 2 years.

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made one day before the workshop. 50% will be deducted if a cancellation is made two days before the workshop, and 25% in all other cases. If TRC cancels a workshop, a full refund will be given to all confirmed participants. Requests for refunds must be received within 5 working days of the workshop.
