Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the link between language and literature in language development
  • explore ways to identify parts of speech in given text
  • discuss ideas for developing thinking skills through games
  • plan English lessons to promote language through literature

Workshop Leader

Ms. Shahnaz Shueb holds a B.A. (Honors) degree in Psychology and Sociology from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai. She brings with her 12 years of experience in teaching English Language and Literature as well as in management in renowned schools of Karachi. She has also been conducting training workshops as well as providing support to teachers in teaching English towards their professional development.
