At this workshop, teachers will learn different ways of supporting young learners develop early mathematical concepts and skills, through active learning experiences.
- gain information of the Basic Mathematical Concepts as recommended in the National Curriculum of Early Childhood Education (NC-ECE), Ministry of Education, GoP, 2007
- understand ways to develop number sense through a child’s daily routine and personal experiences
- learn how to integrate mathematical concepts across the curriculum
- identify methods and activities to promote a math rich environment.

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made one day before the workshop. 50% will be deducted if a cancellation is made two days before the workshop, and 25% in all other cases. If TRC cancels a workshop, a full refund will be given to all confirmed participants. Requests for refunds must be received within 5 working days of the workshop.
