Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • explore the link between learning objectives and questioning
  • discuss the technical flaws common to MCQ’s
  • review examples of effective and ineffective multiple choice tests
  • identify different types of MCQ items
  • understand the structure of an MCQ
  • design multiple choice questions at different cognitive levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy

Ms. Huma Jabeen holds a Post Graduate degree in Social Science. She brings with her an experience of more than a decade in the field of education as a teacher, master trainer and assessment specialist. She has been associated with Aga Khan Examination Board and is currently managing the Department of Assessment of Sindh Education Foundation.
