Objectives
Through this workshop, participants will:

  • examine the concept of a developmentally appropriate environment for pre-schoolers
  • study the guidelines for organising space and material in the learning corners
  • highlight the importance of a print rich environment in promoting learning
  • explore an adults? role in an active learning environment

Ms. Ishrat Kamal is an ECE graduate from TRC-IECE with 10 years of experience in dealing with young children. She has been conducting workshops for teachers and parents and has been associated with TRC since the last 4 years. Currently, she is working as Curriculum coordinator at Mrs. Haque?s Nursery.
