Conflicts are common phenomena in human relationships. It is important for managers to develop a conceptual understanding of the different types of conflicts that occur in the workplace, their causes and solutions. This workshop is designed for school administrators and leaders, all those in middle management positions, and anyone training or aspiring to these roles to explore how best to manage the conflicts.

Workshop Leader
Ms. Nancy J. Lobo brings with her 30 years of experience in the field of education which includes 17 years at various middle management positions. She has worked as Assistant Headmistress in Karachi Grammar School as well as the M. Ed. Coordinator and later Deputy Director at Notre Dame Institute of Education (NDIE). She has also taught Educational Leadership and Management to students enrolled in the Master of Education programme at NDIE. It is her interest and experience in school administration that motivates her to conduct workshops for school principals and middle managers.
