Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the purpose of learning geography in schools
  • highlight the key geographical skills required to meet the subject targets
  • identify activities to promote interest and understanding of geographical concepts
  • learn ways to assess pupil?s understanding of the different elements of geography
