Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the role and responsibilities of a 21st century teacher in planning lessons
  • become aware of the needs of students in today’s age of information technology
  • learn about the 21st century skills for effective classroom teaching
  • discuss the use of information technology to help students become responsible international citizens

Workshop Leader

Ms. Romana Shaikhs holds a Masters degree in Education and is an accredited Teacher Trainer from University of Bradford as well as St. Marks and The College of St. Mark and St. Johan’s (Marjon) UK. She brings with her vast experience in the field of education in areas such has training of trainers, teacher education, curriculum designing and use of IT in education.
