Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • explore different genres of writing
  • understand the process of creating an engaging piece of literature
  • learn ways to teach students the various tools required to create imaginative writing
  • prepare rubrics to assess various forms and genres of writing

Workshop Leader

Ms. Uzma Shabbir brings with her an experience of 20 years in teaching English Language and Literature at the secondary level. In addition to that, she has also worked in Curriculum Development and Teacher Training and Support in the capacity of an Academic Coordinator. She is currently teaching English Literature to O Level students at Haque Academy.
