Mental health of the youth is of pivotal importance, yet most neglected. In these testing times, the teenagers not only have to cope with regular stresses but they have to adapt to a NEW NORMAL. Lend young people a helping hand to overcome anxiety when experienced, it escalates to a point where it impacts their general well-being and mental health conditions.

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • identify anxiety disorders commonly experienced by teenagers
  • describe the causes of anxiety in young people
  • explain how to assist a young person experiencing abnormal anxiety states

Who Should Attend

Parents and teachers of grades 7, 8 & 9

Workshop Leader
Ms. Misbah Karamat comes from a diverse educational and professional background. She has a bachelor’s degree in Textile Design from the National College of Arts, and an accredited certification – ICELT, in English language teaching from the University of Cambridge. She has worked at different educational institutions across Pakistan, and brings with her teaching experience in various subjects at primary and secondary levels.

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made one day before the workshop. 50% will be deducted if a cancellation is made two days before the workshop, and 25% in all other cases. If TRC cancels a workshop, a full refund will be given to all confirmed participants. Requests for refunds must be received within 5 working days of the workshop.
