Objectives

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • understand the concept of mentoring
  • highlight the basic norms of collaboration in building a learning relationship with new teachers
  • become aware of the beginner teachers’ needs
  • learn about the different stages of mentoring
  • identify the different types of feedback
  • explore ways to evaluate the mentoring programme
