If you are a teacher, coordinator, school head, parent or an individual interested in education, you can become part of TRC’s Online Network, absolutely free of cost. All you need to do is go to trconline.org and browse through a range of resources designed for the education community. If you’d like to be alerted each time the site is updated with new content, sign up for e-mail alerts, which will be delivered directly to your Inbox. You can do this by signing up in the column to the left where it says Keep Updated. Schools and other institutions can also sign up free of cost.

If however, you wish to become a TRC Member, you will receive a range of special benefits. The annual membership fee is Rs. 8000. You can apply for Membership through a simple procedure, which is given below … read on!

As a TRC Member, you will receive a range of benefits:

• Preference over non-members for workshop registration and other services
• Two library tickets to borrow books (The borrowing facility is for Karachi based institutions only)
• Free advert of your Staff Recruitment needs on TRC’s notice board. (A display board near the TRC entrance has been exclusively designated for this purpose)
• Workshop announcements couriered to your school address

Additional rights available to TRC Members after two years of membership:

• An opportunity to serve on TRC’s Governing Body. Only the school principal, or a designated representative may contest the elections
• The right to vote during TRC Governing Body elections

As a TRC Member you also have certain responsibilities:

• Attend the Annual General Body Meeting, to share your needs and to give us feedback
• Respond to questionnaires and surveys we may send you for feedback or information
• Renew your Annual Membership between the 1st and 30th of June each year
• Inform TRC in writing, in case of a change in address/e-mail address/telephone number
• Inform TRC of any changes in data provided in the Membership Form at the time of renewal
• Designate a representative who will liaise with TRC on behalf of your institution

To become a Member, please do the following:

• Download the membership form or get a copy from TRC
• Fill in the form and submit it to TRC along with the membership fee i.e. Rs. 8000. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or through a pay order in the name of Teachers’ Resource Centre

Once you submit your form:

• A unique membership number will be allotted to your school/institute
• Within a week, your school/institute will be entitled to TRC’s services
• Two library tickets will be couriered to your school address
