School managers play a critical role in achieving the central purpose of a school and are faced with many challenges that involve more knowledge and skills than ever before. It is essential that those who are running schools or deciding polices should be up to date in their concepts and develop new ideas about school management. This 30-hour basic course on School Management will provide insight, understanding, framework and tools from which schools can develop their own strategies to ensure quality education and the satisfaction of parent and pupil expectations. It is strongly recommended for inexperienced school managers and coordinators who may become future school leaders.

Workshop Leader

Ms. Rubina Naqvi has B.Sc / B.Ed degrees from Karachi University. She is an accredited trainer and holds a Diploma in Professional Studies from University of Bradford, UK. She brings with her 33 years of experience in the field of education which includes teaching, training teachers, and school management. Currently she is a member of the Training and Development Team at TRC and is working in the capacity of Senior Manager, Membership Network since the last 12 years.

No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made one day before the workshop. 50% will be deducted if a cancellation is made two days before the workshop, and 25% in all other cases. If TRC cancels a workshop, a full refund will be given to all confirmed participants. Requests for refunds must be received within 5 working days of the workshop.
